ABOUT US
NICE-AF clinic, set up in Bukit Batok Polyclinic, is a new model of care for people living with atrial fibrillation. It is primarily led by an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), in collaboration with a Family Physician and Cardiologist. An APN is a Registered Nurse who is prepared with a Masters degree in clinical nursing and has acquired clinical competencies for extended practice.
